How I work

I am committed to working alongside my clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. I recognise the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship and employ an empathetic, warm and nonjudgmental approach in therapy. I aim to provide clients with a safe space to talk in order to make sense of their difficulties and feel listened to, heard and understood.

I work flexibly and collaboratively with my clients and believe in tailoring therapy to meet their individual needs based on the evidence as well as my own experience and training.  As such, I often work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of different therapeutic techniques and models in my work. For more information about the therapies I offer please see the "Therapies Offered" section.

I believe in providing a high standard of practice for my clients. To ensure this I receive regular supervision as well as regularly attend professional development opportunities.
